Allied plans to bomb, burn & ruthlessly destroy

In August 1943, British Minister of Information, Brendan Bracken, was in Quebec with Churchill, and other Allied
leaders. During a press conference on the 19th August, Bracken was asked of the Allied war plans, he replied:

"These plans, are to bomb and burn and ruthlessly destroy, in every
way available to us, the people responsible for creating this war."

Unlike the Polish ambassador in the U.S., the British ambassador in Germany,
and the Duke of Wellington, Bracken wasn't referring to the Jews.
