Ilsa Koch's dead-man's-chest




American journalist Ann Stringerthe woman who started the lampshade lie, with the article below. Turns out Ilsa Koch also had a man's chest—nipples and belly-button visible—displayed on the wall of her home (which hadn't been her home for almost two years before the Americans "liberated" Buchenwald, as she was arrested by the SS in August 1943, and following her release, she never returned to the Buchenwald camp.
